Mike installed our cameras many months ago. From the beginning, they took great care in placement of the cameras as well as the number of cameras needed for the best coverage. (We didn't need as many as we thought because they use quality equipment.) We have experienced a couple of glitches with the software, but they came back to fix the issue for us within a couple of days (same day, when it was possible, but they're usually booked!).
