I dont even know where to start....we booked a rental for a little over 2 months in palm springs area. We paid for the rental IN FULL approximately a month ago. The night before we check-in my wife gets an EMAIL stating that the own of the property is uncomfortable with the rental amount and they CANCELED our reservation. Once again, we paid for the whole 9 weeks upfront appx 4 weeks ago.... Life is more beautiful when you have someone you love who loves you even more but after my girlfriend left me heartbroken. No wonder PADZU has one star on all review websites. We booked a condo in Scottsdale for an April arrival and determined we should cancel in mid March because we are considered high risk and concerned about travel because of the virus threat. We contacted this company and were told they might refund the cleaning charge, but would not reschedule or refund our $2300.00+ that had been paid. We had a reservation the week in Park City. Our group was all ER physicians and because of the Covid-19 pandemic we were not allowed to travel for obvious reasons. Our services were needed elsewhere... We contacted Padzu two weeks in advance stating the issue and there was no response at all after multiple attempts. They finally responded after I threatened legal actions and reporting them to the BBB. The response was very unprofessional and not heart felt whatsoever. Last spring we had to fight to get a refund for a reservation made through vrbo that PADZU (another name for this company) cancelled themselves involving our bank Dispute Resolution centre and VRBO risk and security dept. PADZU reactivated the reservation 10 months later and charged a credit card number they shouldn't even of had so we are having to fight AGAIN. PLEASE for your own sake, do not deal with this company.

Padzu Vacation Homes (aka Hit Rentals, aka Top Scottsdale Vacation Rentals) is quick to take your money. They are extremely poor in responding to any refund request as per their postings. It states on HomeAway/VRBO “replies within a few hours” is completely false. Ryan Dame has had numerous bad reviews, along with Padzu and all of the other sketchy companies run by him. Very dishonest and very unprofessional. It is hard to get a hold of them via phone and email. Save your money and the headache.

I rented with Mr. Ryan Dame on Air BandB. His communication is very poor and he seems to only have time to communicate when you disagree with him. He would NOT refund me MY money of $100 when asked pertaining to a pet fee he adds. He then was upset because I disagreed with the fact that I should not have to pay for an additional $80 cleaning fee. I was waiting on the bell hop to come and remove my bags from the room when his scheduled house cleaning came at 11 am which was the same time as checkout. Had it been communicated ... read more

We had a wonderful time renting from Scottsdale Vacation Rentals in May & June of this year. Ryan Dame & his office support (especially Karen) were always there if we needed them or had a question. Had a beautiful home with all the comforts & everything we would possibly need to live there for 2 months. We loved it!! Even got our security deposit back in a timely manner. Hope to rent from the again. We really recommend them.
