I have been renting a property managed by Top Sail for 1 year now and I can honestly say that they're hands down the best property management company I've ever dealt with. Anytime anything has broken or we've had any issue whatsoever they have responded and had it fixed the next day. Big shout out to their maintenance guy Brian, he's very professional and knowledgeable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The houses that I own in OKC are well looked after by Topsail and anything that goes wrong is immediately taken care of, repaired etc. I great management company that has professional folk going above and beyond.
Kirsten and Jaime are very attentive and have been managing our rentals for the last 4 years. They are helpful, easy to reach and respond quickly to any issues or questions we have had.
