If I could give zero stars, I would! Andrew Wetzel is an absolute slumlord and when the place that HE OWNED caught fire, he never asked if we were ok. He started to get in our face and ask questions to try to blame us for the fire. Like, excuse me sir, it started in an exhaust fan on the second floor (our apartment was on the first floor) behind a locked door. As a first time homebuyer at a young age. Buying your first home is scary, intimidating, and challenging. But Andrew Wetzel Eliminates those emotions. Andrew was amazing to work with.
