My bathroom renovation turned out fantastically. I adore it.
I needed my roof replaced and chose Top Renovations, I am so happy I did!! The crew that worked on my roof was always on time and steadily worked. They were very nice and my roof looks great!! Fast, efficient, detailed oriented, and trustworthy to do the right things; my compliments you Emil for always keeping me informed and your crew for a job well done! The 2 gentlemen were exceptional in their roles and very professional while going through the building process. They doubled and tripled checked to make sure everything were done correctly. Before vacating the job site, they made sure the everything was clean and in working condition. My wife and I are very pleased and thankful with the outcome of the project.
Emil and Lior were the project managers and leads for our project. We had the exterior of the house painted and also part of an exterior block wall stuccoed and painted. Additionally, we needed the floor tile of the master bath shower replaced. We had previously had the house repainted in 2012. The crew that did the painting was incredible. A team of 5 guys completely stripped, sanded and power washed the house in a day. Their level of detail with respect to masking and trim work was second to none.
