Avoid this company! We hired Mark after he promised he could fix our leaking roof and said he guaranteed his work for 2 years. We went with him over other quotes, even though his quote was substantially higher, because he said he was confident in fixing the issue and guaranteed his work. Big mistake. Our roof has continued to leak and he has continuously avoided our texts and calls. Roof was and is still leaking 4 days after completion. Nor did they return to fix the leak even with a 5 year warranty. They tore siding off in the process of replacing my roof never fixed it tried to charge me fix and buy the siding. Supplement work was spliced together where as 2 inspections failed they did not replace all beams in the ceiling ....covered up broken beams with the roof instead of replacing them. ...Run...I reported this company to Attorney General and BBB.....now lawyers are getting involved for a suit Insu... read more
Was pretty stunned to find out that my roof had water damage, and was caved in and leaking on the inside. Took a shot in the dark with getting Top Quality Roofing (aka Mark) on the job, and honestly it looks great. Waited to write this review until it rained again just to double check how it would hold up and so far after raining most of the day not a single drop of water on the inside. UPDATE: This was the correct company, I emailed them per their request with a copy of the invoice, and I have not yet received a response. I would give this company zero stars if I could. The owner gave a 1 year warranty on work he did for someone whose house I was buying. I called him over to fix the work (because there was blatantly still a lot of rotten wood/siding) and he told me he wasn’t going to fix it, sue him if I wanted to, and to get in line.
