I would do my research regarding this vendor. Did not follow recommendations and which made them have to redo work which caused delays. Attempted to blame it on engineering firm. Made threats from the jump.
Unprofessional continuously made threats to field staff. Did not follow the engineers plans or report. Blamed everything on everybody else. Definitely take your time and do your research before you make a decision. I wouldn’t work with them again.
Do not walk away from this company. Run. From day one, they made threats throughout the project, including legal threats and threats to write bad reviews. They also refused to follow the engineering recommendations that were clearly laid out in the report. Instead, they chose to do work that was not approved and, in some cases, was completely contrary to the written recommendations. That caused delays, rework, and confusion.
