Quoted $35 a vent over the phone for duct cleaning. After inspection, they quoted $680 to clean the ducts, which also included disinfecting and cleaning (I live in a condo with five vents and less than 30ft of ducts). Ultimately received a 20% discount. They cleaned for for 1.5 hours. After their work I took off the vents & there was still visible grime on one of the vents and the ducts were not spotless -- which one would expect considering the price. Top Quality Air Care is a great air conditioning company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC installation or repair. They are very professional and courteous. I was impressed with how clean their office was, too!
I have been using them for a few years now, and I can't say enough good things about them! They are always friendly and on time, which is so important when you're trying to get ready in a hurry. When my AC went out, he came out immediately and fixed it so quickly, even though I was on vacation and he was already booked up for the entire week. The repairman is also extremely knowledgeable about how things work inside your home, so if there are any problems with your HVAC system, he'll know exactly what to do!They really have great service that goes above and beyond—I'd recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services!
