Though I’ve gone to Scott for Real Estate advice for lots of years, I’ve never actually bought or sold a home with Scott as I live in Brevard County where the Orlando MLS doesn’t work, yet I’ve referred him my family, and he always does the kind of job and follow up that I think makes me look good for sharing his name. I have known Scott Garrison for a few years now. As a Building Inspector, Scott recommends me to most of his buyers to do the Inspections when they go under contract. I’ve seen Realtor Scott Garrison in action as a Realtor over many years and he’s stood the test of time. He is awesome at what he does and how he helps people buy and sell Real Estate- I highly recommend him. Scott Garrison has helped me both Buy and Sell homes over many years. He dots the i's and crosses the t's and meet deadlines. Lucky for me he explained Florida Land Trusts to me. I set one up and it protected me when I needed it. He's on time for appointments and keeps the title companies doing what they are supposed to.
