Beautiful restaurant. Need to work on the host who is not very pleasant. We just walked off the elevator and not all of our party was even through the doors yet and she is telling us no hats allowed. It was 10 degrees outside and we hadn’t been in the door 10 seconds and that was our greeting. Would be better to possibly have a sign telling the customers this as her approach was very off putting. Maybe a little coaching/training for her would be a good idea. Other than that everything was good.
Fabulous dinner with a view after an afternoon at the Holiday Pops! The lobster bisque has to be the Best of Boston! The staff treated us like royalty!
I frequent the restaurant and had fabulous scallops with quinoa and the service was fair but I have been trying to retrieve my iPhone (and eyeglasses) from there since last Saturday. The restaurant phone goes to voicemail and it's been full. Today, I was able to leave a message. I do not understand a restaurant you cannot get on the phone. They've called and I've already been there once but the staff didn't find it. They called again yesterday. I leave tomorrow. This is ruining my trip.
Went last night after the Holiday Pops for our annual tradition. Way overpriced for the amount of food you get. Service was not good. Gone down. Won't be back.

Bartender non attentive with no personality Drinks were good though
We enjoyed a wonderful lunch to celebrate my 75 th birthday! We live on Cape Cod and were in city for doctor appointment at MGH! My choice for lunch and I picked The Top Hub! My husband Brian had worked on building the Prudential Tower in 1963 and even was asked to help lay corner stone as member of labor union for Perini Corp. I was in college, his first job out of college ! Food and service was at our special lunch was top notch. Thank you for a wonderful birthday Top of The Hub
Great service, the food was really good but the views were amazing! We came with friends who we hadn't seen for a long time, so there was lots of chatting before we even looked at the menu, the waitress was very patient & we weren't rushed at all! 3 of us had the 7oz fillet & it was perfect!
