I have had a great experience at top of the hill apartments. Close to the hospital and downtown Grand Rapids. Robb is the best and extremely responsive to any needs. I highly recommend!
We books Nebula the next mile on the Medical Road for 4 days during our first visit to Grand Rapids, Michigan. It was a great decision. The rooms were spacious and well lit with proper facilities like heating/cooling, hot water, fridge, cooktop , oven, washer/dryer and utensils for cooking. This will be the second time my wife and I have resided here. We lived here in the early 90s. Now, having sold our house, we are happily downsized at this well-maintained apartment complex in Heritage Hill. The fair, reasonable price of rent offers heat, a parking space, and swimming pool. And a small monthly fee gets you Wi-Fi. Robb owns the complex. But he's not an absent landlord, concerned only with his property.
