Robb was a great communicator and fantastic to work with. Had a 3 month stay at his property and things went off without a hitch. Great location and a responsive host. Wonderful stay!!!

Terribly difficult to get in contact with the landlord without him cursing.
I have never experienced such a dedicated Landlord who is more concerned about the wellness of his community; property and his tenants. He is always on the property…either repairing, updating everything he can find to do!! He’s physically being a part of what and why you wouid lease an apartment for excellent communication and resolve. The pool has the “ Melrose Place “ vibe and even though is nestled in between buildings it offers the quietest reprieve from the “ Medical Mile “ of Grand Rapids.
