This will be the second time my wife and I have resided here. We lived here in the early 90s. Now, having sold our house, we are happily downsized at this well-maintained apartment complex in Heritage Hill. The fair, reasonable price of rent offers heat, a parking space, and swimming pool. Great apartments! Very well maintained and clean. Highly recommend!
It is in a convenient location making it easy to visit the downtown Grand Rapids area. Most utilities and services are included in rent other than electricity and a wifi or cable package. The apartment comes with a parking spot included with rent, making there be one less stress or hastle in the cities hectic traffic. The landlord Robb is very kind and quick to respond if there are any issues or questions.
The landlord made our renting experience 10 times better. He is super friendly and cares more about his tenants than he does for himself. Any problems that occurred, he was there in a heart beat to fix the problem. We had to move out of our apartment two months early than our lease was agreed upon. He let us do that plus he found the new tenants that moved in without any sort of fee or anger. We were able to break our lease without any sort of problem from the landlord. Would 10/10 recommend living in these great apartments.
