Terribly difficult to get in contact with the landlord without him cursing.
I have never experienced such a dedicated Landlord who is more concerned about the wellness of his community; property and his tenants. He is always on the property…either repairing, updating everything he can find to do!! He’s physically being a part of what and why you wouid lease an apartment for excellent communication and resolve. I recently moved here from Chicago and this place has been perfect! It’s super close to downtown (just a short walk to all the fun) but still nice and relaxing when you’re home. The apartments are updated, maintenance is quick, there’s a nice pool in the summer, assigned parking, and the landlord is really attentive!
