Staff are absolute angels Summeray and Sheila are literally the best. First off, the prices listed for the apartment prices are accurate 100%. The holding fee is what they actually charge which is $200, but it goes towards your move-in costs, and they actually waived our application fees and gave us half off our deposit!! That and they actually answer the phone!

Top of drive Haven’t been approved yet, but the grounds were well kept. The property was clean. I have an aunt who stays there and her apartment is very nice and maintained. I met with Ms. Alicia and she was very accommodating and polite. Overall seems like I’ll be making a home here
Business response:
