Top of the drive Grounds are beautiful. Very well kept and maintained. Ms.alicia is very nice and professional did not make me feel any less of a person or renter becauss of my young age. she explained evrything well did everything on a timely matter. showed me the models explained everything to me also. she anwserd every question or concern and gave me reassurance. i cant wait to find if im approved yet. i hope i get in
Top of drive Haven’t been approved yet, but the grounds were well kept. The property was clean. I have an aunt who stays there and her apartment is very nice and maintained. I met with Ms. Alicia and she was very accommodating and polite. Overall seems like I’ll be making a home here

Can't wait to move! From a 2 bedroom resident Pros: -Nice living space -My lease is almost up! Cons: -Somehow, maintenance never gets my work orders to fix very simple things. -For some reason, the garbage never makes it into the dumpster. -Not everyone understands that some of us have to go to work in the morning. -Really stinky hallway (a mixture of weed, throw-up, and evil.) I wouldn't mind, but it's really hard to keep out of the apartment, and vents. I probably spent over $30 on odor spray.
