I would love to give 5 stars. Dr Cooper is exceptional. All the staff except one are exceptional. There is one person who will put you on hold for 15 min. She will disconnect you and when you call back she puts me on hold. All she needs to do is transfer me to someone else. She is the only reason I have to do 4 instead of 5 stars. My hold time is reflected at top left .
Dr. Cooper is an incredible doctor! He takes the TIME to sit and talk , explaining things carefully to you. I had right rotator cuff surgery. His office staff and nurses are very polite and helpful. I would greatly recommend Dr. Cooper and his office to all my friends and family.
I had 2 knee repairs and 1 shoulder with Dr. Cooper. Everything has been working wonderfully. I like that Dr. Cooper listens to what is said and then pursues answers. Alexa is knowledgeable and kind. A great team taking care of me.......keep up the good work. New office is VERY nice.
The office staff is the best, any issues that came up, they handled quickly and appropriately. The surgical staff kept my family informed and took awesome care of me. Dr. Cooper is the absolute best!!! This is the best experience I have ever had in any medical situation. I am ready to have the other knee done, no hesitation whatsoever!!! I get to return to work after only 5 weeks - that is a testament in itself!
