Super convenient. Awesome group of people. My family loved the service. The driver was early and really took care of us.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. Booked Top Notch for my wedding night and they told us a month before the wedding they were no longer in business in Miami and would send us a refund. We have still not received anything, it’s been 2 weeks.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked with this company and provided my deposit. I called them a week before my reservation to confirm the pick up time and they told me they no longer service Miami. Nobody contacted me about this. I asked for my deposit back, but have not received it back. They said they couldn’t figure out how to refund me and provided me with the phone number for the “main office”. Communication is nonexistent and unfortunately I think there is a little more going on that they aren’t communicating and possibly need some restructuring or the owner needs some help. Either way communication is everything especially with you customers.
Top Notch Transportation Miami did not show up to pick my group up from the Miami airport. I paid them in full $1000 to provide transportation for my group the entire weekend. I have been calling and sending emails for a week with no response. I just want my money back.
