Sewerline needed to be relined. Roto Rooter gave an astronomical quote. Sam at Topnotch evaluated the job and gave a written proposal for half the verbal estimate from RR (never got the written proposal). All appointments were ontime. Sam clearly discussed work to be done, complete with video and showing all equipment that would be used. Sam and two crew came. They were polite, professional, thorough and clean. I needed sewer lining work and I found Top Notch to be an excellent choice. They understood the problem, proposed a solution and Sam, the lead guy was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable. The video of the pipe after it was lined proved they did the job correctly and in compliance with village requirements. I would use them again without question.

Sam and his crew earn their moniker. They are indeed "top notch" in every way. Responsive, transparent, highly-skilled, friendly, consultative, reasonable. They have top-grade sophisticated equipment. What a beautiful world this would be if all tradesmen were as professional as TopNotchSewer

Sam was exceptional to work with. He was a great communicator, understood the science behind the repairs he did, answered all of my outstanding questions and did high quality work, quickly. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone whose aging pipes need to be re-lined. He is the best for trenchless repair in the area. Will definitely recommend to others.
