Vicki (the owner) is hands down the best person I have ever had do my hair. She did my hair for years, and then I moved away and I have missed her so much.
I have been going to Top Notch and Vicki (the owner) for longer that I would like to admit. Since moving, I now travel in and get my hair done when I am in town. Vicki always tries to accommodate my schedule and this last time was tricky and she came through. I love Top Notch. Quality work and great people and vibe. Also love the clothes they sell.
BAD hair cut .owner very rude will never go back Do not recommend hair cut by owner.
Kenzie is awesome.. She listened to everything I wanted and did such a good job doing my hair the way I wanted. I am very pleased with the results!
Vicki has been my stylist for over 10 years. My husband and children, when they’re in town, also go to Vicki. She listens to your concerns and knows what your hair can do. I recommend her highly.
