**Update** I had a full roof tear off shingles and flat roof September/October 2024- very large roof. 25k roof. My shingles are fine. My flat roof did leak and TopNotch is standing by their warranty. I received confirmation today that I will be scheduled for a full replacement of the flat roof. Hopefully the warmer weather will help with the seal adhesive. And this will solve the problems.
***UPDATE*** The owner called directly and is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I appreciate the help and accountability. This is just as important when the roofing system fails and EXACTLY what I needed in this situation. The previous guy I worked with is no longer with the company**** Well- my flat roof is leaking that was just completely replaced in Fall 2024.
