I have had a pool for 5 years and up until I found Top-Notch I haven't been able to find a pool company that has such great customer service. Any time I call for an issue or question I get an immediate response. They take their time explaining in detail any work that needs to be done. The first time I called them they were at my house within the hour!!!! This company definitely lives up to the "Top Notch" name! Thanks Ronnie and Michael!
Ronny and his team provide excellent service. We were not regular clients, but when our pool pump & motor caught fire Top-Notch was able to provide service AND full replacement in less than 48 hours. They should be called SUPER Top Notch Pool Management!!! This is my second pool (and house) and I have always taken care of the pools myself. Took water for analysis, bought pool chemicals, vacuumed and managed everything. Three weeks ago, I met Top Notch Pool Management. I wish I had met them YEARS AGO!!!
