RecommendedWe had out first visit yesterday with Dr. Alissa- she was the most caring and compassionate doctor. Extremely down to earth, informative and understanding. I left there feeling confident in my decisions, she answered all my questions and didn't make me feel like a crazy parent. She spent so much time with us and didn't at all make me feel rushed! Hands down best Dr.!!! Could not ask for a better one for my boys!!! She is so respectfull of parents!!! Does not talk over them!!! Listens to their concerns without judgement!!! She is a sweetheart and so knowledgeable!!!
Dr. Alissa is a treasure. She is incredibly knowledgable, empathetic, and responsive - everything you want in a pediatrician. She knows her stuff, and will tell you like it is - but ultimately defer to you as the parent to make the decisions - she is not pushy or authoritarian. She really strives to educate parents so they can decide what is best for their children. Her office staff are easy to work with, too. Two overwhelming thumbs up!
Excellent as usual! Thank you Dr. Zenack! Thank you for keeping the rooms separate, the morning appointments all well visits and the deep cleaning in between. You know how to put parents at ease ♥️ she always takes her time with us and responds quickly. So thankful for Dr. Zenack and her office! Even with all going on, they have done everything to keep it clean and safe.
Dr. Zenack takes her time with us and really gives your children high quality medical attention.
Love Top Notch and it's great to be on the same page with the Dr.! Great staff, always a thorough check-up and Dr. Z works with you and always respects what you want as a parent.
The staff was amazing. Today was our first day there and my son was absolutely cranky and tired. One of the team members played with my son while I filled out paperwork, the receptionist and nurse were so sweet. Dr. Zenack was beyond patient with us and really took her time to evaluate my son and gave great recommendations. By far the best pediatrician I’ve ever encountered!
Dr. Zenack is a great pediatrician. My husband and I wanted someone who would get to know us personally and know our daughter Harper. She answers all of our questions even the ones that can be a little much since we are first time parents.
We love Dr. Zenack! Unlike other doctors, I never feel rushed with her. She answers all of my questions and concerns (even though I’m sure some are completely ridiculous as I’m a first time mom lol). We never feel rushed and she’ll always see my daughter when she’s sick, even if it’s last minute. I really trust her and most importantly, so does my daughter! Highly recommended!
