Three weeks after ordering skirting replaced on my manufactured home, I finally got an install date for April 28th. Today (April 27th) I got a call saying the install had been delayed and it will now be on Sunday May 3rd. Not a 1 or 2 day delay, but 5 days.
On March 31 I ordered new skirting installed on my manufactured home. Cole gave me an estimated install date of around April 15th. Since that date passed I called Cole a couple of times to ask if he had an update on the install. Both times he said he would check and call me right back. He never called back. I have also sent him 2 text messages asking the same question. He never responded. I understand there could be shipping delays, but I feel he should have at least responded to my calls and keep me updated.
The estimator that came out said that the one squeak in my midline area was indicative that I needed home leveled, and doing so would fix it. $1500 later every step I take squeaks very loudly, and several doors don't shut properly. The house is only 4 years old, and the resale value is all but lost. I wish I had just ignored the one and only squeak before they ruined my peaceful home. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF - the consequences are more maddening than you could possibly imagine.
