Dustin and Kim were extremely professional in their assessment of the property. The follow up (same day) was completely concise in their evaluation of the home. Best home inspectors in the area. They’re extremely professional, very thorough and give you a detailed report with colored pictures! Pricing is great, especially for everything you get. We used the “big name” companies before finding this amazing husband and wife team and there is NO comparison. They keep their word, re-inspect fixed issues in a 30 day period, don’t rip you off and once again are very thorough. If something little is wrong, don’t worry they’re going to let you know :) they’re a perfect 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
