My husband and I have purchased many homes over the years, but no one has been as detailed or as thorough as Steve. All home inspections should as detailed as what Steve provided. Steve was thorough, polite and professional. He was a straight shooter and laid his findings out, stressing the more time sensitive and serious issues wirhout being alarmist. He spent time explaining things to us during the walk through as he saw them and more thoroughly at the end. His report was easy to follow and pictures pointing out key areas. Highly recommended!
David did an extremely thorough inspection on an extremely challenging property and took the time to explain the ramifications of his findings in detail, saving me from a deal that would have been a money pit.
