As a first time home buyer, I was not sure what to expect walking into our home inspection but Top Notch was amazing! Rich helped coordinate and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Matt was our inspector and he was great. Extremely thorough and detailed but wasn't an alarmist in how he explained everything to us. He took his time in inspecting the home and walking us through room by room. The reports came back very quickly as well. I can't recommend Top Notch enough!
