I highly recommend Top Notch Home Improvement! Tom does excellent work. The drywall he replaced is perfect and ready to paint. He also replaced a door and did a number of electrical things in record time and with top quality. He pays attention to details and goes the extra mile. He replaced a broken piece of baseboard he noticed because he happened to have the same kind. He also picked out a tamper resistant outlet because we’re baby proofing, which was very thoughtful. Thanks so much, Tom!
I purchased my home through Clayton Homes of Morgantown and Tru who built the home uses Top Notch Construction I have had numerous contractors come to work on a water leak in my home. They always blame it on what it isn’t. This has been going on for three years and continues to go on What a nightmare.
Honest and reasonable. Does "top notch" work. My highest rating. And he is a nice guy.
