I purchased my home through Clayton Homes of Morgantown and Tru who built the home uses Top Notch Construction I have had numerous contractors come to work on a water leak in my home. They always blame it on what it isn’t. This has been going on for three years and continues to go on What a nightmare.
Honest and reasonable. Does "top notch" work. My highest rating. And he is a nice guy.
Tom is great to work with, he shows up when he says he will, gives great quotes and does a tremendous job. We have had many projects handled by Tom like roofing, deck installation, patio door replacement, window replacement, install basement drop ceiling, kitchen fan installation, dry wall replacement in the garage and basement, custom bookshelf build and install and closet shelving installation. He is a trustworthy guy and handles everything with professionalism.
