I had a very disappointing experience at Top Notch Beauty Lounge with a lash technician named India. During the lash application, my eyes were extremely itchy the entire time. At first, I thought it was normal because of the tape being used, but the irritation never stopped. The technician also pulled on my bottom lashes during the process, which was uncomfortable.
