I genuinely used to enjoy this car wash and was happy to become a monthly subscriber in January 2024. At that time, the experience was excellent and offered real value. The subscription included - a reasonable price for unlimited washes - consistently friendly attendants who pre-rinsed vehicles by hand and removed bugs from the grille and windshield - free, functional vacuums at every visit. I don't recommend this car wash look at all this foam. Vacuums are so weak.
I just went there today and they no longer do the pressure washing at the start!! That was my entire reason for going to this place. The most expensive wash didn't do much for the bug splatter, etc., guess I'll just do it at home now.
