I have a monthly membership to the car wash and I am over there not being any soap dispensed while going through the 1st cycle. No answers a phone call and their mail box is full, so you can't leave a message. I wish I had a photo to share!
(UPDATE: Todd from the car wash IMMEDIATELY responded to my email and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. Their customer service is absolutely impeccable. I HIGHLY recommend this car wash to anyone who has been weary. They truly are the nicest people!) I love this car wash so much! However, I recently moved and am unable to make it to this car wash anymore. I have tried calling and emailing numerous times cancel my membership with no luck, the phone number doesn’t seem to be accurate. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
