Top Nails treated me with warm hospitality . My nails and toes was done with perfection. I also enjoy CoCo's wax for my neck.

I am a licensed cosmetologist I went in there to get a wax the woman said that the hairs were not long enough to works on my eyebrows, The wax was old , they had dirty towels on the table for me to lay on , The woman argue with me about the price with the sign said 5 to 7 dollars and try to charge me 15!
When in with my lady they told her about 20min for a full set..we were in there about 30 mins and we decided to leave and at that point is when the wanted to show interests in helping her!!..very bad service not coming here again!! The nail salon place on military and summit is way better! It's called forever21 I recommend them instead of this top nail bad service tech place!.

Sorry about what happened today. We estimated wrong timing. We had 8 nail tech work today, but still not enough, because after work a lot of customers come to get their nails done here. We even called one more nail tech to come to help, but you and your lady left right before she came. I guess it's just not our lucky day. We totally understand your anger and point, so we don't expect u come back here. But I just want to apologize to you and your lady. Hope u feel better...
