This was my first time here. I needed acrylics removed and wanted to try builder gel as so many have recommended it. I removed acrylics from one hand before by soaking and filing down. It was painful when she removed the acrylics on the other hand and I’m pretty sure she caused more damage than necessary. She did not soak them off, she cut them to break them, and shoved a tip underneath to pry off the acrylic. 11/21/25 Went to my regular nail shop for an ombré and ended up with the nails in the 2nd pic… 😩 Thankfully Kevin at Top Nails saved them and gave me the set I actually wanted! 💅 It was my first time there, and my friend recommended him. He did NOT disappoint!

Kevin is my technician and he is absolutely amazing! I am more than happy every time. Chris is also a wonderful technician. They both specialize in custom nail art. The salon is clean and all of the technicians are extremely friendly.
