I recently got a regular mani-pedi. The pedicure was okay, though the nail polish on my toes was applied too thickly and the finish wasn’t satisfactory. For the manicure, the water provided for soaking my hands was cold instead of warm, making the experience uncomfortable. More importantly, my cuticles were not handled properly—three fingers were cut, and it took time for the bleeding to stop.
