I wish I can give them zero review. Within overnight the big tow nail came out from full pedicure done, and when went back for fixing it, the technician did half the tow with different shade of color. So now I ended up two shades of pink on one tow nail. When asked to paint the whole tow she asked $15 for color change. She started to shout. So I left but went back a day later to talk to the owner so he can fix it but rather he said that he doesn't believe that his team do that but now willing to fix the whole tow and expecti... read more

They didn’t autoclave or sterilized their tools. I saw them using nail pliers from one customer to another. This is Absolutely unacceptable and dangerous.
Last minute pedi. Left with the same dirt on my feet lady barely scrub my foot after I had told her I had some dry cracks it was like she was scared to scrub feet.. Also never grabbed my nail color after I showed her which one I wanted and had to choose a new one and didn’t even put lotion on after the hot towel. And I asked for a regular pedi she said she thought I said gel that’s why it took longer… can’t imagine what a regular pedi would look like. Painting was ok.
