Top nails salon is the best! David knew what I wanted just by looking at my nails. He told me everything he was doing and explained why he was doing it. He gave me plenty of options. He was extremely nice and well mannered and told me if something happened just to come back and see him like if I nail broken or chipped. The staff was very smiley and everyone that was getting work done was happy with all the technicians. I’ll be going back there every 3 weeks for my pink and white refills.
