I have been going to Top Nails for two years now, and recently my sons girlfriend and I decided to have a pedicure on a Sunday. They were closed, so i went to another local nail salon. BIG MISTAKE!! Where usually a pedicure takes a good 45 min @ TOP NAILS, (I like that because it's relaxing) this pedicure we received only lasted, at the most, 10 min (no kidding).We were asked to pre-pay, and I didn't mind but now i know why!!
