I had a gel manicure done and the shine is absolutely beautiful. The shape looks clean and polished with perfect attention to detail. My nails still look fresh after many days. I’m very happy with the overall result.
I am so disappointed! Had a 50 gift card for mother's day.... my nail tech didn't speak any English and didn't understand the 3 times I said the water was ice cold.... she had to have someone else come paint my nails after she started and the polish was dried up so they used another color to fix it.....All said and done they took my 50 gift card for 33 dollar pedicure and called the rest a tip! Won't be back!
Salon is clean and staff is nice and efficient. Both of my fills and pedicure were done nicely. The nail shapes look perfect. She paid great attention to detail. I love what she did and will definitely be back!
Customer service needs improvement, as staff appeared inattentive and communication was unclear throughout the appointment.
