BEWARE! The salon stinks of chemicals the second you walk through the door. That is what you are breathing and putting on your skin! I called at 9:15am to come in and they said sure, I got there at 9:25am and they told me to wait since they were busy. Not a problem. I waited for over 40 minutes and then they rudely REFUSED me service because they were too busy. Who runs a salon like this?? Who can run a business that way!? New to the location and so far I am impressed. Not a typical get my nails done kind of woman, but my daughters wedding prompted me to start. I may just keep it up afterwards. The store is neat and clean and they get the job done fast, even with several people waiting.
Everyone is nice
I walked in just for a gel removal that I had gotten elsewhere. I think the picture speaks for itself. They damaged my nail plate with a nail drill the gel isn’t even all off. I have to go somewhere else to have them try and fix this and also actually remove the gel. Only $10 but not worth it.
