Excellent service very happy with my nails
I have been going to top nails for more than 10 years .JOHN and Pham are excellent at what they do.Great atmosphere.
Got my nails done by hoa pho he did a great job
I brought my granddaughter in for manicures for the both of us. The gentleman was mean. The job was poor. The polish is old. Hers is gone 2 days later. Mine from the first day had clumps and bumps and was not smooth. It did not cover the nail. Very dissatisfied customer.
