Today makes a week that my nails have bee done. I walked in and explained that my nails are breaking off. They ALL are breaking off. 3 employees said “we fix within a week of breaking” but refused to fix my nails without charging. Terrible service. Not only did I show them a picture before starting and asked prices they also, initially, did them to short and when I let her know she continued to cut the rest and did not listen until after she finished cutting the rest. I went in for an ACRYLIC fill and gel polish with a design on my ring fingers, and trim which should have equaled 53$ MAX, according to their price board however i was charged over 60$ and these people argued with me over what I asked for saying I asked for gel powder and I did not. the woman didn't even use gel powder. she used acrylic and I was overcharged and they sat and argued to my face over this then tell me they won't refund the difference of what I asked for and what i was charged. absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND THIS B... read more
