I’ll let this picture speak for itself. And manager was totally unprofessional when I told her I wasn’t happy with my nails. Last time here.
Today was the first and last time I go to this shop. The tech who did my nails and feet was Steven. He was rude, and because he was so busy trying to do add ons to my service he was about to do my nails all wrong until I stopped him. He got smart and proceeded to tell me what I said I wanted. I made it clear that I wanted a regular mani and pedi when I made my appointment, and I said it to him several times when he was trying to up sell to the no chip. I've been going there as long as I can remember... since I was a young adult. I've had amazing experiences there. Can't wait until they open up!
Terrible quality and just all around not up to par
very poor ventilation. maybe rhw health deparment should be called. sat in here 15 min. for my daughter to have her pinky nail replaced as previous one popped off. they said ok 15 min later someone came in with same issue sat for 5 minutes and they tell her to have a seat to get hers done. SERIOUSLY??? 30 minutes later my mouth taste like i actually ate the chemicals. same on these people for four bring their kids there. poor customer service

5 star. Smokey, Vivian, and Kevin are wonderful! Nice, they listen to what you want and are pleased to make it happen. Only place I go.
