Today I went in for a manicure now I been going to this place for years. Not only did I see roaches but the lady who is wearing a blue blouse today cut my fingers up. Charged me extra to cut my nails which I have natural nails and all she did was file them was very unprofessional. Highly disgusted!!! Nail tech rushed through my manicure. I got balance and gell polish. Chipped and is peeling less than a week out!!
I just sat there for 2 hours...no service. Ryan said several times he didn't have any appointments however he took a person who walked in an hour in a half after me before me. I guess I wasn't a preferred customer. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I was very disappointed with my nails. I got them done on Saturday afternoon and by Wednesday they were chipping. The tech hurried and only put two coats of polish on and no top coat. Very very upset with the results. Today I went to another salon and got a wax treatment, hand massage, three coats of polish w top coat for $15. Tech was very nice but not skilled.
