waited 2 and half hrs for Kris to get a manicure! I would have left a long time ago. passed over time and time again. ended up being the last person in the room and we got there when it opened. I'll go elsewhere for mine.
first, i waited 4 hours. then i waited 6!!! 6 HOURS, just to get my nails done. all in all, it was because they managed to SKIP, over me and the 2 people after me, and began calling out names 3 people down on the list. everything has been completely out of order in the past few months and as a long time customer i feel very uncared for. i will not be back
I waited 1 hours for my eye brows to get done. They let people who didn’t have an appointment infront of me. The men just sit there while the women do the work! They do a good job but have horrible service.
It shows they are open until 8pm online. Everytime I go to get my nails done with the gift certuficate I got for Christmas they are closed. It's 6:30pm. I have to go there because its already paid for. Tried to call, no answer. I give up
Waited 2 hours... 2 hours!!!! To be seen. They let 3 people go ahead of me who had signed in after me. One person had an appointment, the others did not. Someone had checked my name off as if I'd been seen already. So I've been sitting there for a lot longer than I should have. Once I asked about the error they made all kinds of excuses. Never again.
Staff is very rude!! It amazed me when I would bring to their attention that my finger was bleeding or it looked like a 5 year old did my nails they did not understand!
