I purchased a Groupon for a manicure and pedicure and called to schedule an appointment. Initially, I was told they had availability. However, once I mentioned that I would be using a Groupon, I was then told they were “busy today” and asked if I wanted to schedule for another day. It was disappointing because the availability seemed to change only after mentioning the Groupon. I had an appt with Jack for a manicure. He lacked patience and professionalism. He asked me questions and needed a "quick" response about what I wanted. When dealing with the public you need to be courteous and patient. Disappointed at best
This nail salon is amazing! The salon is clean and welcoming, and the technicians are very professional and patient. My nails turned out even better than I expected. I will definitely come back.
