I’ve read a couple of comments similar to the experience I had here. They started with my manicure and when another client came in they left me waiting for almost 20 minutes and didn’t ask if I was okay with that. Definitely a terrible experience!

I got my nails done less than a week ago and already two of them are broken. I reached out to them twice to get it fixed, but they ignored my messages. On top of that, the day I went they pressured me to leave a tip (I was going to do it), and even told me the amount I gave wasn’t enough—they wanted more. Two weeks later, another nail fell off and a fungus (a green line) appeared on it.

Very nice staff who do nails well, clean environment. However there are two things that did not sit well with me. On my initial visit, I was told one price over the phone by the owner, then was charged a higher price upon check out. I needed to say something in order for this to be corrected which leads me to question the true price of services. I have my nails done at Top Nail Beauty Salon. I got the most amazing Halloween-themed nails done here and I couldn’t be happier! The attention to detail was incredible—from tiny ghosts and pumpkins to spider webs and bats, every nail was a little work of art. The salon was clean, cozy, and the nail technician was super patient and creative. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get festive nails this spooky season!
