I've been coming here pretty much my whole life. Does get busy on Friday and Saturday, but definitely worth the wait. I always get what I want, never understood how ppl leave a shop unhappy. If something doesn't look right or you not happy speak up you're paying for it. The staff always nice . I get my eyebrows, pedicures and any and everything for my nails here. keep up the great work guys. Love you all

Horrible experience NEVER again! OVERPRICED
Horrible customer service! Went in for non chip manicure and pedicure this lady was in a rush through my nails completely. Coming back and forth. The line work was sloppy, the color was not the same as the sample and some nails were shorter than others. My feet felt very uncomfortable after the pedicure ugh! 🥺 Definitely not worth it definitely NEVER coming back
Horrible customer service! Went in for a fill today and Andy rushed through my nails completely. I got pink v tips and the line work is sloppy, you can see bubbles in the paint, I have a random black dot in the middle of my nail from his uncleaned gel brush, and some nails are shorter than others. Their hygiene policy is not where it should be, especially during the time of covid... he asked me to wash my hands AFTER he “finished” everything. Hi Jasmine, first sorry to what made you unhappy, second is I’m not trying to make any excuses. From very beginning of your call my receptionist was kind and told you to come back to fix whatever you didn’t like and then you were ok, but after you said that you needed to change to different design the receptionist asked you to pay extra and then you had temper and stated to yell at her. My first time here with a close friend, the lady who did my nails was good and my nails lasted for a long time. But the second time I came here alone, I was pretty disappointed. I showed the young man a picture of how I wanted my nails (long French nails design) and he told me $50 for them and I said okay. While doing my nails, he did them really thin and in less than 7 DAYS, my nails came off.

I love Andy, Tee & staff. The service is amazing. You get what you pay for. I been going here for a few years now. Very very clean, welcoming staff. Everyone is nice and accommodate what you want or need, just show a picture. Make sure y’all bring cash for tips! I will travel to see my nail family! I always appreciate the creativity and cleanliness here! Quinh is my pedi girl btw y’all. I know some of you be asking. She’s the best!
