I called this company and set an appointment for 8am the next day. I took the day off work to fix my ac. 8 am came and noone showed up. I waited till 10am and called the company to ask about the appointment. A rude lady told me she had no appointment for me ( i even had confirmed the appointment twice the previous day!). They genuinely cares, and do a great work. He repaired my refrigerator and ice machine, and my stove top. If an appliance is broken, call them, it will be the best call you make.
My daughter gave me their number to call; she promised they would certainly be on time. I'm a very busy person and I only had a 2 hour gap in the evening. Not only they accommodated me with no further questions, their service really did prove to be an amazing success - my refrigerator now works as if it was brand-new and the ice-machine which I didn't even hope for, seems to work even more efficiently than before.
