Service and responsiveness was outstanding from the moment I called! I called Top Level Garage Door on a recommendation from a neighbor after trying another vendor with terrible service. Had an issue February 3rd with my garage door. From my visual assessment the spring was broken and the cables were now on the floor. I thought to myself no way will I be able to find someone to come check out my door on a especially the day before a holiday. I went out to my garage and a green light was flashing on the control. It opened from the control, but not from the car controls. I thought, "Just another annoyance in a time of annoyances!" I called the first Google listing for garage door repairs. How lucky was that! Top Level Garage Door was totally helpful and told me to go to the lock button on the control. He was extremely helpful and kind. I hope I won't need a garage repair any time soon, but if I do, I know where to go. You should too!
