This is a terrible company. Be aware! We were on autopay with them, and for some reason from their end our autopay stopped working for them, and so payments weren’t going through. Instead of calling us to let us know and fix the issue, they sent us generic looking emails asking for payment, but those emails looked generic and we didn’t notice them. I signed on for another round of treatments for my lawn late in the year and I was pleased with the first application. But yesterday they came out early and I happened to be up drinking coffee in the living room and saw for myself what a terrible job they did. I understand their spreaders are supposed to broadcast wide but the young man didn’t get enough momentum going to make the fertilizer spread far. Terrible company, always making return phone calls for weeds. On SS and they said pay when your check comes in then send me to collections and makes hundreds of call. I call to find out what the problem is and they say oh sorry it's automated! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I CANCELLED THIS SERVICE FOR MYSELF AND MY FAMILY MEMBERS
