I asked for blonde highlights and I was given ashy gray damaged “highlights” with hot roots/orange roots, I could have done a better job with Walmart box dye, and when I questioned Mai/Washira I was talked done to, I have never been talked to so unprofessionally in a “business” if I could give zero stars I would.

Rude, disgusting and unprofessional behavior. She will call you crazy and stupid. She will try to force you to do whatever she wants to your hair if she does not like what you ask for. This is how she talked to minors. She told my sister my mom is crazy and called my mom stupid many times. As a paying customer she should be able to get whatever she wants. Clean and friendly salon. Katy is an awesome colorist and person. Mai is wonderful at hair and nails as well. I recommend you come give them a try.

Mai is the best hair cutter I’ve ever had. I get so many compliments on my haircut almost every time I go out. I would recommend her to anyone.
