I reached out to them on a Friday after learning that another vendor was booked out a month. Needed help on a home I was prepping to list in 2-3 weeks. The delay would have blown up my entire timeline. Mike came to see the house same day and gave an estimate right away. I booked right away. They showed up and deliver a high quality floor refinish/stain a matter of a few days later. I’ll reach out to them again on future projects.

I would highly recommend Top Knot for your flooring needs. We contacted Mike with just the concept of replacing our vinyl and carpeting. Mike guided us through the various options we had available and I felt like we had a good idea of what to consider given our circumstances and needs. The bid was competitive; they came when they said they were coming; they finished in a timely manner; they solved a height-difference problem in a very satisfactory way; they cleaned up after themselves; and bottom line: the new hardwood floors look great.

Mike refurbised my hardwood floors. Sanded ,filled any nail holes or cracks and applied stain and protective coating. I couldn't ask for a better job. Mike has my recommendation.
