Been looking for a scan near the area and came across this place and read the reviews and thought that I might as well give it a try. Visiting an imaging center might not be the most exciting way to spend an afternoon, but my experience at this place was surprisingly pleasant and fast. The staff had clear communication, making sure I knew what to expect and when to stay still for the images. I was pretty nervous at first, but it ended up going pretty well.
I had a positive experience at this imaging center. The team of workers here are excellent, demonstrating professionalism and efficiency. The X-ray process was quick and straightforward, while the MRI technicians were patient and attentive, ensuring my comfort throughout. In fact, I was so at ease during the MRI that I unexpectedly dozed off! The facility's atmosphere clearly contributes to a relaxing experience. If I ever need imaging services in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to return.
Even though I didn't make an appointment, I was able to walk in for an x-ray following my recent car accident. The staff accommodated me promptly, and I didn't have to endure a long wait. The entire process, from check-in to completion of my spine imaging, took a short 18 minutes. I was in and out of there so fast.
It was my first time coming to Top Imaging Center, and I must say that I am very satisfied with the overall experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, and patient-centric approach. The staff was very welcoming. I would go here again if I ever needed a X-ray done. Will be coming back to this place 10/10.
I called in the evening around 8pm and the owner picked up! I told him I needed a MRI on my right knee and we talked about the process and I came in the next day at 10am. Immediately after the 30min MRI I was able to consult with the Dr via zoom as he viewed the images on the big screen. Great experience!
