There are bed bugs in the room. When we told the owners we were yelled at and they denied it even though we have video proof and one we collected in a container. They refused any refund by denying the bug problem. They hung up the phone on us.

These people are liars! I tried contacting them as soon as I found the bugs. I had to stay in my car all night. I had to throw away my belongings so I wouldn't bring the bed bugs home. When they finally answered me at 7:30 am and I explained to them how there are bed bugs they immediately started screaming at me denying bugs. I said I have one in a container and videos of them in the room. They said leave it in the room and they will look at it but still yelled saying they don't gave bugs and I should have rang the door bell... read more
