This business put a gas fireplace insert about a year ago. Our favorite! After turning it off last night, we noticed a stronger-than-usual gas stench. When we called them today, they immediately dispatched their staff. They checked everything to make sure we were secure and were really friendly and thorough. The servicing call was worthwhile for us piece of mind because no problems were identified! The personnel could not have been friendlier or more accommodating!
This company performed exemplary work on each of my two A/C projects. The team correctly predicted that I wouldn't need to upgrade from a 3-ton to a 4-ton unit, contrary to what several other vendors had suggested, and they were right when it came to replace a 20-year-old A/C unit. We ended up having to replace both of our air conditioners! They were great, he took the time to explain each of the products to us, informed us which would be the best for our circumstances and helped with the financing! The new air conditioners were installed the next day, the team arrived on time, they were friendly and professional, answered any and all questions we had and did a great job of cleaning up before they left! We highly recommend Top HVAC.
