I am pleased to say Mr. Matmiller did an outstanding job cleaning our chimney. He was right on time and was very professional and educational. I highly recommend him to anyone within a 50 mile radius of Sumter. He was recommended to me by a place that sells gas logs as being reputable and doing quality work.

Very unprofessional! Made an appointment with him for 8AM Friday -- he said he knew exactly where we lived ... and he was a no show! My husband took a day off work and tried about 20 times to get him by phone with no answer and no return call! He never bothered to call to make sure of the directions ... tried to blame my husband for not watching for him when he told my husband he knew how to get here.
